ABOUT LESLIE MCCADDON

I've walked through the fire — and I know the way back to yourself.

I'm a certified grief and life coach, published writer, and steady companion for women rebuilding after loss. My work is trauma-informed, deeply personal, and rooted in the belief that your grief is not something to fix — it's something to walk through with love.

MY STORY

Grief cracked my life wide open. Then it taught me how to live.

Years ago, my world fell apart in ways I never imagined possible. I became the woman who had to figure out how to keep breathing when everything familiar was gone. I searched for someone who understood — someone who wouldn't rush me, fix me, or hand me a five-step plan.

I couldn't find her. So I became her.

Today, I coach women 1:1 through the tender, holy work of grieving well. My words have been published in Time Magazine, Scary Mommy, Her View From Home, and TAPS — but this work, right here with you, is where my heart lives.

HOW I SHOW UP FOR YOU

A coaching relationship built on trust, presence, and care.

My approach is trauma-informed, personalized, and flexible — because your grief doesn't fit a template, and neither should your support.
