​When our kids were 10, 8 and 6 we lost my Army Physician husband to suicide. Everything changed in an instant. And my life felt more filled with responsibility than ever before. I know what it feels like to believe that you have to let go of your dreams for the sake of doing what is responsible...and pays the bills. And, I also know the cost of only doing that is far too high!

As a certified life coach trained by The Life Coach School, I help ambitious, creative women stop waiting for permission and start building lives they love.

My writing has been featured in TIME, Scary Mommy, and Her View From Home, and I know firsthand how powerful storytelling can be—not just on the page, but in the way we shape our own lives.
